Award-Winning Apartment Community Design in the Sugar House District, Sugarmont Apartments is a premier 352-unit, nine-story luxury apartment community in Salt Lake City's vibrant Sugar House neighborhood. Studio Garrison provided comprehensive interior design and FF&E services to transform this high-rise residential development into an iconic urban living destination that drives tenant retention.

We crafted cohesive interior environments across all amenity spaces, including luxury lobbies, a state-of-the-art fitness center, coworking lounges, and rooftop terraces. Our design strategy focused on optimizing square footage with intuitive circulation patterns, maximizing natural light, and establishing distinct zones for work, wellness, and social connection to enhance the resident experience.

Our furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) package balanced high-end commercial durability with residential comfort. We specified modular lounge systems, ergonomic workspace solutions, and durable hospitality-grade finishes throughout the property. The Studio Garrison procurement team managed the entire lifecycle, including vendor relationships, competitive bidding, lead time coordination, and white-glove installation.

To unify the resident journey, we developed a comprehensive signage and wayfinding system. This included branded entry monuments, ADA-compliant room identification, digital directories, and architectural graphics. Our design strategy improved navigation while reinforcing Sugarmont's upscale brand identity at every touchpoint.
